The company owns the latest drawing lines from the company YAJING The global production capacity is 700 tons per month currently and according to future expansion plans the targeted production capacity is 1000 tons per month to meet the increasing demands from local and international customers. The production phase begins by placing the aluminum raw cylinders in the piston furnace for heating to reach a temperature that makes them suitable for shaping. The piston pushes the cylinder to pass inside the section forming mold to acquire the required shape. The sections are automatically pulled onto the brushes and cooled before being placed in the hardening furnace to be subjected to precise quality tests (dimensions – hardness – properties) by the quality team that has been trained to apply the highest international quality standards and using the latest scientific devices used in the aluminum industry. Then the sections are cut to the required lengths.
