we do the following tests (Appearance , Gloss, Coating thickness, Adhesion, Indentation, Cupping test, Bend test, Impact test, Machu test, Resistance to boiling water & Polymerization test)
with the coating line from England and we use the best German chemicals for chemical treatment and the best powder from QUALICOAT approved companies .
The electrostatic powders are divided into several kinds according to the customer requirements as follow :

Wood Effect By Powder on Powder Technology
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder.
The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form.
The coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin".
The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household appliances, aluminum extrusions, drum hardware, and automobile and bicycle parts.
Newer technologies allow other materials, such as MDF (medium-density fibreboard), to be powder coated using different methods.

A- Durability of the finishing:
the powder on powder technology on aluminum profiles can grant a durability of the finishing that other technologies (like sublimation for instance) This is due to the different stages the profile must pass through:
First powder layer fixed at a temperature of 110°C.
That means the powder on the profile is not a smooth film yet but little holes remains
Second powder layer (decoration) given by the decorative drum.

The two powder layers polymerized together in the oven integrating themselves
